in financial services.
With a background in management services and financial advice to institutional clients (including world-renowned multi-nationals) Mr. Davies was originally encouraged to include individual clients as a result of demand from personnel within his corporate clientele. They had all frequently expressed concern at the growing complexity of private financial planning, and the overload of choice and information facing them.
Mr. Davies offers a broad financial planning service utilising secure, tax-friendly structures that can assist in asset building, asset protection and, ultimately, estate and succession planning. Additionally he can arrange local insurances and Swiss tax-efficient voluntary pension plans.
As an independent adviser, and having lived in Switzerland for 20 years, Mr. Davies provides you with the advantage of unbiased financial planning. In making recommendations, he has access to a full range of the world’s most respected banking, investment management and insurance institutions, bringing clients the competitive advantages and convenience of multiple managers through single providers, with resultant discounted pricing.
Fees
There are no consulting fees for providing you with advice or ongoing service. The Spectrum Group receives industry-standard arrangement fees directly from the financial institutions with which we place our clients’ business - not directly from our clients.
Clients
Clients have varied needs, but typically either have disposable income they wish to invest regularly towards their medium to long-term goals, or have accrued capital they would like to invest for growth. Life and family protection is also part of our overview.
In keeping with The Spectrum Group policy, clients are usually introduced to Mr. Davies either by personal introduction (referral by existing clients), or by means of professional introduction (via financial institutions, employer HR departments or by service providers such as accountants, lawyers, trust managers or relocation specialists). Mr. Davies works with clients of all ages, wealth, and financial experience - including fellow investment professionals.
Other information
Mr.Davies is married and holds an Executive MBA. He is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FAIQ) and is regulated in Switzerland by FINMA and by PolyReg, and also by ORIAS in France. He speaks English and French fluently and is interested in travel, golf, history, and aviation (private pilot).
