I provide regulated financial advice tailored to you if you live in Spain or are moving to Spain. I have lived in Spain for 18 years and am proud to have been with The Spectrum IFA Group throughout the whole 18 years.
I am a financial adviser with a particular knowledge of both UK and Spanish tax systems, how they fit together and where they conflict.
My office is in Barcelona and I live in the Costa Brava.
Having introduced the Cashflow Modelling system into The Spectrum IFA Group, I use it to help you navigate your financial planning, including "what if" analysis so you can see the impact of decisions before finalising them. This is particularly useful if you are about to retire, are selling or have sold a business, have share options or have just received an inheritance.
The Spectrum IFA Group has been providing ongoing financial advice to international people living abroad for 20 years. It is a regulated entity and has offices in seven countries in Europe, including Spain.
Use of Cashflow Modelling gives client specific planning. Tax is always a consideration when assisting clients to get the best outcome for their situation. Ongoing advice and regular progress meetings are some of the benefits of being a Spectrum IFA Group client.

To ensure any advice is specific to you we use Cash Flow modelling with these services. After taking into account inflation and bringing in real market data from 1990 to 2023 (includes the pandemic period) you will see in picture format what your financial future might look like and how it may be improved.
Barry has the Advanced Financial Planning certificate which includes tax and trust papers. He also has accounting training and served as an Accounts Officer in the RAF. In addition, he has an MBA from the prestigious Warwick Business School in the UK.
