Client Communication Policy

In order to try and provide the best levels of service for all of my clients I want to ensure that I maintain clear and transparent communication with everyone. This Communication Policy outlines the guidelines and principles for effective communication between me, as your financial adviser, and you, as my client or prospective client.

I provide multiple communication channels to ensure accessibility as follows:

Online Platform:

Access to our secure on-line CashCalc Client Portal will be freely available to all prospective and existing clients for secure messaging and sharing of important financial information and documents.

I receive notifications on the CashCalc app and via email of any communication via the portal and will attempt to respond within 24 hours. If you don’t already have a portal login you can set one up here:

Phone calls:

You can reach out to me during office hours – if I am unavailable at the time I will attempt to call you back within 24 hours – you can also book a call with me via this link:


You can send non-urgent queries or request information via email. I will attempt to answer within 48 hours:

WhatsApp, Skype & Texts:

You can send short form confirmations and/or urgent queries via WhatsApp, Skype and/or Text. I will attempt to respond within the day.

(FB Messenger, Signal, Instagram, X and other social media – I rarely use these other platforms so please avoid contacting me via these as I cannot guarantee a response).

In-Person Meetings:

For existing clients I aim to carry out two face to face (or video) review meetings per year, one an in-depth Investment review of your portfolio(s), the other a broader Financial Plan/Cash Flow/Taxation review. I will contact you at least two weeks ahead of our scheduled meeting to book a time via my booking system. You will be able to select face to face or video meeting as you prefer.

Regular Updates:

I will send periodic newsletters and updates on market trends and financial news.
